Return & Refund policy
We ensure that all the Products conform to the specifications and are free of defects or damages. However, if the Products do not meet your expectations, you can return the items within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note the products must be returned in the original packaging with tags attached to them. For a return to be accepted, the return request must comply with our Return Policy.
The Products must be returned in the original packaging and/or box, in original unused condition and with all tags attached.
The right to accept a return request rests with our fulfilment center after inspection of the Product for compliance with the above terms. You will be informed via email if your request is accepted or not.
Returns are processed by us within 48 hours after we receive the product in the same condition. For card transactions refund can take up to 5-7 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank’s policy. In the case of COD, we offer a refund in the form of a store voucher i.e. you will be offered a voucher to purchase another item from the website.
For International returns, the customer needs to first inform us on email and then arrange themselves for the product to be shipped back to us and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with airways bill details of the return and mention on the parcel return shipment and provide us with details of the product to be returned along with the item name, size and color and the reason for the return. You will have to provide us with original proof of purchase.
-Any customs or related taxes on international orders, shall be payable by the customers. 22Ahead bears no responsibility if an item is delayed at customs because of this.
-Cash on delivery orders are only refundable via store credit. Orders placed via Card payment are refundable back to customers within 48 hours after the products are received in our warehouse and are in the same condition as delivered.
-For exchanges, we suggest it is better to return your order and place a new order of the desired product. Email for this should be sent to email@example.com.

Items bought or won through giveaway contests or promotional vouchers are non-refundable and not exchangeable. We recommend you use our size guide before claiming your gifts.
