Consumer satisfaction is our priority and we make all possible efforts to deliver your order as early as possible. Please review your shipping information carefully before you place an order.

Orders are usually shipped within 1 – 2 working days, But in GCC orders are delivered in 2-3 days. However, you can choose your preferred delivery method at the checkout. Details can be found below:
 

  • Same-Day Delivery is Only Available for DUBAI If the order is placed before 12 PM
  • Express Delivery in UAE: Order by 6:00 PM

Please note:

  • Same-day delivery is available only in Dubai.
  • Express delivery option is available for the following emirates:- Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al Ain, Fujairah, Hatta, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Umm Al Quwain, AR Rams, and Jabel Ali.
  • We deliver from the UAE to the World🌎 now.
  • In 2-3 days we deliver in GCC.
  • We deliver to the following areas (Ghayathi, Kalba, Khor Fakkan, Liwa Oasis, Madinat Zayed, Ruwais, Al Madam, Dhaid, Dibba Al Hisn, Dibba Al Fujairah) twice a week on Sunday and Thursday.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse on business days (excluding national holidays). Your signature will be required for a successful delivery.

We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. Please note this may take longer during our sale periods or other high peak seasons.

Delivery Charges

Following are the details of the delivery charges.

  • Gulf Countries (Excluding Qatar): 60 AED
  • For Qatar our charges: 100 AED
  • Same-Day Delivery in Dubai: Free
  • Express Delivery in UAE: Free

Track Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is confirmed. You can track your order in your personal account with us. However, if you are not registered with us, you can still track your orders.

A product that runs out is marked as “out of stock” on the website. You can only order a product if is available on the website.

We are shipping the orders to the areas within the UAE, Gulf countries, and the Rest of the world.

We are giving same-day delivery in Dubai. For all UAE orders, we are giving Express delivery. For GCC, the order will be delivered in 2-3 days. For the rest of the world, the order will be in 3-5 working days. If you do not receive your order within the given time, you can contact us at customercare@22ahead.com.

In some countries, customers may be responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes associated with their orders, depending on the local laws and regulations. It's important to note that in the event of a return, the taxes are non-refundable.

Recycling and Upcycling Initiatives:

We go beyond the production of new clothing items. We actively promote recycling and upcycling initiatives. We encourage our customers to return their old products, which we transform into new products or recycle responsibly. Through these initiatives, we aim to close the loop, reducing textile waste and minimizing our environmental impact.

The customer needs to first inform us by email and then arrange the return for the product to be shipped back and email us at customercare@22ahead.com with airways bill details of return and mention on parcel return shipment and provide us with details of the product to be returned along with the item name, size, and color and the reason for the return. You will have to provide us with original proof of purchase.
